We were asked the difference between a blog and a wiki. I see the biggest difference is the way contributions are made. It is easier to get a grouop together to post on a wiki and it would be a greater collaboration tool than a blog. I see a blog being more about one person or one organization posting content for others to comment on.
To me, blogs are more useful for posting content that doesnt necessarily have the change or be updated. A wiki is better suited for group discussion where all can equally contribute to the content of the site.
